1, connect the gas source:

調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統(tǒng)有無漏氣現(xiàn)象。

Adjust the pressure reducing valve to 0.4~0.6Mpa and check whether the system is leaking.

2、濟(jì)南雙組份打膠機(jī)將A、B組份膠桶就位，并與A、B膠泵的軸線對(duì)中。

1)操作手動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)閥，將A泵提升高，提升過程中觀察各管路有無拉伸過緊處。

2)將膠桶放置在A泵壓膠盤下，開啟膠桶，將其中塑料袋外翻桶外，膠面塑料片取出。

3)使A泵壓盤緩慢下降，壓盤入桶時(shí)應(yīng)使其與桶口對(duì)準(zhǔn)，將壓膠盤排氣口打開，直到壓盤接觸膠面。待壓盤內(nèi)氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時(shí)，即可關(guān)閉排氣閥。

3) make the pressure drop of the A pump slowly decrease. When the pressure plate is in the barrel, it should be aligned with the barrel mouth and open the exhaust port of the rubber disc until the pressure plate contacts the rubber surface. When the gas in the pressure plate is completely discharged and a small amount of glue flows out of the exhaust port, the exhaust valve can be closed.

4)開機(jī)試打膠：將主泵氣源開關(guān)打開，按下膠槍開關(guān)，直A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續(xù)時(shí)停止。

1)松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內(nèi)外調(diào)整所需比例。只有當(dāng)A膠和B膠的配比達(dá)到正常值時(shí)，才可進(jìn)行下面的操作。

2)置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對(duì)準(zhǔn)兩片玻璃的中縫，打開膠槍開關(guān)，以適當(dāng)速度平穩(wěn)地移動(dòng)膠槍使玻璃槽內(nèi)的雙組份膠填滿充實(shí)為佳。

2) put the selection knob on the A and B pump, aim the exit of the glue gun at the middle seam of the two glass, open the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun at the proper speed to fill the double component in the glass groove.
