雙組份打膠機(jī)的操作流程

雙組份打膠機(jī)的操作過(guò)程十分的簡(jiǎn)單，小編大概總結(jié)下分為兩個(gè)部分一個(gè)是控制系統(tǒng)的操作，另一個(gè)就是膠桶的安裝/更換，具體點(diǎn)的方法如下。

1.接通電源（380V 三相四線）和氣源（0.6-0.7MPa）。
1. connect the power supply (380V three-phase four lines) and gas source (0.6-0.7MPa).
2.打開(kāi)A,B膠供膠閥門(mén)，關(guān)閉B膠回流閥門(mén)。
2. open A, B glue for glue valve, close B glue return valve.
3.在控制面板上選擇“開(kāi)機(jī)”然后檢查一下A,B膠是否工作正常。此時(shí)供膠機(jī)混膠工作準(zhǔn)備就緒。

4、如果長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不用（超過(guò)15分鐘）或者是下班時(shí)要在控制面板上選擇“沖槍”，然后打開(kāi)B膠回流閥門(mén)，關(guān)閉B膠供膠閥門(mén).此時(shí)供膠機(jī)沖槍準(zhǔn)備工作就緒。
4. If you do not use (more than 15 minutes) for a long time or at the end of the day, select the "gun" on the control panel, then open the B glue reflux valve and turn off the B glue valve.
5、每次操作前確保設(shè)備的水平度，調(diào)整機(jī)器的水平度，調(diào)節(jié)地腳的高度使機(jī)身水平。

6、接通電源后先檢查各電機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確，接通與CL—A—01打膠機(jī)的膠管，信號(hào)。
