一、打膠速度過快導(dǎo)致的

有的客戶為了自己的生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏追趕生產(chǎn)計劃，將打膠速度認(rèn)為調(diào)整的過快，導(dǎo)致膠體還沒有完全達(dá)到合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機頭就已經(jīng)移動到下一個位置進(jìn)行打膠操作了，如果需要打膠的速度調(diào)整了打膠機的移動參數(shù)的話，那么對應(yīng)的也應(yīng)該對供膠系統(tǒng)也進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的設(shè)置，比如這時候我們就需要加大供膠壓力，加大打膠機的出膠速度來配合對象的移動速度的增加。如果我們僅僅是單獨的增加了打膠機的移動速度而沒有對壓力進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)的話就很有可能出現(xiàn)打膠不飽滿的情況發(fā)生。

二、供膠壓力不足

即便沒有對打膠機的移動速度進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)也出現(xiàn)了打膠不飽滿的情況，那么也有可能是供膠壓力過小導(dǎo)致的。這時候僅僅需要調(diào)整供膠壓力即可很好的解決這個問題的發(fā)生。

三、機頭感應(yīng)器損壞

3、 Head sensor damaged

這種情況非常的少見，但是也不排除這種情況的發(fā)生。打膠機機頭有一個對鋁條深淺進(jìn)行探測的感應(yīng)器，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)鋁條過深或者過淺的時候他會自動的調(diào)整移動的移動速度以及供膠壓力（自動調(diào)整幅度是小范圍內(nèi)的）。
