1：HDSTO1型雙組份涂膠機(jī)主要由基料泵、固化劑泵、比例泵,基料泵升降系統(tǒng)、調(diào)比結(jié)構(gòu)、混膠系統(tǒng),氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)及電氣系統(tǒng)組成。 基料泵、固化劑泵及比例泵均采用特殊的高壓柱塞泵,雙向等量供料,基料泵由液壓系統(tǒng)驅(qū)動(dòng),固化劑泵由氣動(dòng)馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)。二者輔以增壓供料壓盤,充分保證高粘度流體的滿腔輸送?；蠅喝氩⒃龈邏?固化劑壓入并增壓,再送比例泵。固化劑的流量由調(diào)比機(jī)構(gòu)調(diào)節(jié)。二種組份嘛時(shí)送入混合器,充分混合后到達(dá)擠膠 。
