源接通，調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統(tǒng)有無漏氣現(xiàn)象。然后試運(yùn)行以下動(dòng)作：（1）A泵提升；（2）A泵充氣；（3）B泵提升；（4）B泵充氣。注意：提升氣缸提升時(shí)，如果兩氣缸不同步，請下降原點(diǎn)后重新操作。

3)使A泵壓盤緩慢下降，壓盤入桶時(shí)應(yīng)使其與桶口對準(zhǔn)，將壓膠盤排氣口打開，直到壓盤接觸膠面。待壓盤內(nèi)氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時(shí)，即可關(guān)閉排氣閥。（提升開關(guān)保持下壓狀態(tài)）

3) Slowly lower the pressure plate of pump A, align the pressure plate with the barrel opening when entering the barrel, and open the air outlet of the pressure plate until the pressure plate contacts the rubber surface. When all the gas in the pressure plate is discharged and a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, the exhaust valve can be closed. (The lift switch remains depressed)

4)開機(jī)試打膠：將主泵氣源開關(guān)打開，按下膠槍開關(guān)，直A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續(xù)時(shí)停止。

4) Start up and try to apply glue: turn on the air source switch of the main pump, press the glue gun switch, and stop until the air in pump A is completely discharged and glue is continuously discharged from the muzzle.

1)松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內(nèi)外調(diào)整所需比例。只有當(dāng)A膠和B膠的配比達(dá)到正常值時(shí)，才可進(jìn)行下面的操作。

1) Loosen the locking screw of the proportional pump on the proportional lever, and adjust the internal and external proportional pump to the required proportion. The following operations can only be carried out when the ratio of glue A and glue B reaches the normal value.

2)置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對準(zhǔn)兩片玻璃的中縫，打開膠槍開關(guān)，以適當(dāng)速度平穩(wěn)地移動(dòng)膠槍使玻璃槽內(nèi)的雙組份膠填滿充實(shí)為佳。打膠結(jié)束時(shí)關(guān)閉膠槍。

2) Set the selection knob on pumps A and B, align the outlet of the glue gun with the middle seam of the two pieces of glass, turn on the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun steadily at an appropriate speed to fill the glass tank with two-component glue. Close the glue gun at the end of glue application.

1）當(dāng)膠桶內(nèi)的膠用完時(shí)，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉A、B開關(guān)，停止打膠。

2）打開A（或B）膠泵充氣開關(guān)，選擇A（或B）膠泵提升機(jī)構(gòu)為上升位置，點(diǎn)動(dòng)旋鈕使壓盤慢慢提起，此時(shí)應(yīng)注意：膠桶盡量不要離開底盤，直壓盤完全脫離膠桶時(shí)關(guān)閉A（或B）膠泵的充氣開關(guān)。

2) Turn on the inflation switch of A (or B) rubber pump, select the lifting mechanism of A (or B) rubber pump as the rising position, and jog the knob to lift the pressure plate slowly. 1、膠槍：因雙組份膠是由兩種膠混合而成的，其凝固速度與環(huán)境溫度和A、B膠的比例有關(guān)，混合后的膠一般在20分鐘之內(nèi)就會(huì)反應(yīng)固化。所以，當(dāng)設(shè)備在正常打膠后，20分鐘之內(nèi)不使用就須將混合后的膠沖洗出來，以免堵塞混膠器和膠槍。
