3、靜態(tài)混合管的混合方式為靜態(tài)混合，由一連串左右旋葉片相互垂直排列在套管內(nèi)組成，A、B膠水經(jīng)過靜態(tài)混合管時(shí)進(jìn)行連續(xù)的切割與重合為均勻的混合液。靜態(tài)混合管出口部可接任何口徑的針頭，以保證出膠量精確。混合管可重復(fù)使用，工作結(jié)束后拔掉混合管并將之泡在丙酮，酒精，天那水等溶劑里進(jìn)行清洗，下次工作可繼續(xù)使用。

4、2個(gè)壓力桶：膠水分裝，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不固化。通過調(diào)節(jié)兩個(gè)壓力桶的氣壓，可以方便地調(diào)節(jié)膠水的出膠比例在1：13：1。對(duì)流動(dòng)性差、粘稠度大的膠水可選裝加熱裝置，確保膠水有較好的流動(dòng)性。對(duì)于長(zhǎng)時(shí)間放置會(huì)沉淀的膠水可根據(jù)需要加裝手動(dòng)、電動(dòng)攪拌功能。壓力桶材質(zhì)有不銹鋼和碳鋼可選。

5、壓力桶的清洗方便快捷，并可根據(jù)用戶的需要可另配置不銹鋼內(nèi)膽。將壓力桶內(nèi)的膠水換成清洗液（清水/天那水/酒精/丙酮），高壓力將清洗液從膠槍打出，可膠槍內(nèi)殘余膠。在常溫下分裝在A、B壓力桶內(nèi)的膠水如不固化或沉淀，工作結(jié)束后無需清理
