雙組份打膠機保養(yǎng)的注意事項
1.壓盤上的放氣閥門要保持曉暢，要定時清洗。

2.正常作業(yè)時不要斷氣源，假如發(fā)現(xiàn)斷氣源應(yīng)中止作業(yè)。

3.若雙組份打膠機涂膠作業(yè)過程中停頓時刻超過15分鐘以上時，必定要用“沖槍”。本機有報警功能，屆時沒有沖膠會有蜂鳴器報警。

5.硅酮膠B 組份遇空氣會結(jié)殼，影響泵的正常作業(yè)和管路，因而，停機時B組份膠的一切通道在泄壓后均應(yīng)關(guān)閉，使B組份不得接觸空氣。

6.B膠桶內(nèi)假如要有空氣，空氣將排不出來，B泵將快速往復(fù)運動，不能向高壓泵內(nèi)正常供膠，影響整個系統(tǒng)，因而，需要將空氣排出來。辦法是：將壓盤提出重新壓入并放氣。

7.液壓站系統(tǒng)的壓力，不能調(diào)的太高，要根據(jù)室內(nèi)環(huán)境溫度等實際情況，調(diào)滿意膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。翻開液壓站時必定要翻開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，形成事故。
7. The pressure of the hydraulic station system cannot be adjusted too high. It should be adjusted to the satisfaction according to the indoor ambient temperature and other actual conditions. The glue nozzle can discharge glue normally and apply glue evenly. When opening the hydraulic station, the glue gun must be opened, otherwise the pressure of component B pipeline will rise very high, resulting in accidents.
8.A膠提膠泵接連作業(yè)1分鐘以上沒有供膠中止，說明管路內(nèi)有空氣，此刻會報警，須翻開泵上管接頭再翻開A膠提膠泵，直到出膠中止，中止并接好接頭，膠槍會呈現(xiàn)有空氣的嗶嗶爆炸聲，空氣排凈就好了。
8. If the glue supply of a glue lifting pump is not stopped for more than 1 minute, it indicates that there is air in the pipeline. At this time, an alarm will be given. Open the pipe joint on the pump and then open a glue lifting pump until the glue delivery is stopped. Stop and connect the joint. The glue gun will show a beep explosion sound of air, and the air will be discharged.
9.因為每次沖洗混合器不會完全潔凈，每次都有少量的混合膠堆積，越來越多，致使堵塞混合器通道，用一段時刻后，影響出膠量和混合效果，因而要定時(聚硫膠五天，硅酮膠兩天)清洗混合器。把混合器內(nèi)的混膠棒拆出，如有損壞替換混膠棒。若混膠棒拆不出來，可用火燒掉，留意不能損傷零件螺紋。
9. Because the mixer will not be completely clean every time it is flushed, a small amount of mixed glue accumulates every time, resulting in blocking the mixer channel. After a period of time, the glue output and mixing effect will be affected. Therefore, the mixer should be cleaned regularly (polysulfide glue for five days and silicone glue for two days). Remove the glue mixing rod in the mixer and replace the glue mixing rod if it is damaged. If the glue mixing rod cannot be removed, it can be burned with fire.
