(1)A、B組份各設(shè)一個膠泵，在各自的氣馬達(dá)驅(qū)動下，分別作往復(fù)運(yùn)動，將膠吸入并壓出。A、B膠泵分別與壓膠盤固定在一起，再與機(jī)架聯(lián)接組成各自的體系。

(1) Components a and B are respectively equipped with a rubber pump, which is driven by their respective air motors to make reciprocating motion to suck in and press out the rubber. A. B glue pump is respectively fixed with the glue pressing plate, and then connected with the frame to form their own system.

(2)A、B組份的配比是通過比例杠桿進(jìn)行調(diào)度：向里調(diào)度，B出膠量減少，向外調(diào)度，B出膠量增加。通過調(diào)度比例杠桿來操控B膠的出膠量，然后操控A、B膠的配比。

(3)出膠量：由氣源處理器操控，逆時(shí)針調(diào)度，出膠量增加，順時(shí)針調(diào)度出膠量減小。雙組份打膠機(jī)的膠泵通過比例杠桿調(diào)度A、B膠量配比，具有操作靈活，性能安穩(wěn)，調(diào)度規(guī)劃大等特點(diǎn)。

(3) Glue output: controlled by the air source processor and scheduled counterclockwise, the glue output increases and decreases when scheduled clockwise.
