中空玻璃充氬氣的質(zhì)量控制

中空玻璃只有很好的密封才能保證中空玻璃內(nèi)部的氬氣在單位時間內(nèi)的流失率。合格的中空玻璃氬氣滲漏率每年不超過1%,中空玻璃密封不合格會導致中空玻璃內(nèi)部氬氣的加快流失,甚會在短時間內(nèi)全部流失。所以一定要采用雙道密封、整體折彎的鋁框,用插角制作的中空玻璃的框時框的四個角一定要用丁基膠封堵,以保證中空玻璃的密封性能。

中空玻璃充氣設(shè)備的質(zhì)量管理依然不規(guī)范,有很多中空玻璃充氬氣設(shè)備測量、控制質(zhì)量不合格。例如,有些中空玻璃充氣設(shè)備生產(chǎn)廠家生產(chǎn)的在中空線線上快速充氬氣的中空玻璃充氬氣設(shè)備快速壓力平衡控制技術(shù)不過關(guān),導致了中空玻璃內(nèi)部與外部壓力不平衡,這樣就會造成中空玻璃中氬氣含量的下降,甚會導致短時間內(nèi)氬氣全部流失。
